Education Warrior Inspiration

From Founder Diane Cutler Lewis

Throughout his lifetime, my father Morris Cutler changed the lives of countless children with his passion for education. His vision inspired me to establish my own tutoring company Firefly Tutors as the best way to help students become the highest versions of themselves.

My beloved grandmother Bella, who never had the opportunity to attend school in Czarist Russia, emphasized to my dad Morris, the importance of a great education. This imparted in him a life-long passion for learning and inspired dad to become the “Education Warrior” intent on shaping young lives in California, Afghanistan, and Kenya. Dad realized that improving a child’s education provides them the liberty to open doors to rewriting their life story for generations to come.

Tutoring can be expensive and we need your support to reach vulnerable at-risk children from families with high hopes but little money, who are the most likely to drop out of school. Tutoring keeps kids in school and helps them get to college. Be the hero who saves lives through education. Be an EDUCATION WARRIOR!
